I remember the first home we purchased, we looked at homes for a few hours that day and most of which had no forseable issues but they just didn't have that feel. Headed for the final home and really didn't want to go because of location but very glad we did. It was a home on a busy street, a block from the freeway, huge trees covering the house and nothing seemed right about it until we walked through the door. We saw a home needing a fare amount of work BUT the feeling was there. My wife and I looked at eachother and knew we were both feeling the same thing, so we bought it.
